THE AGENCY TO HOST TRAIL OF BROKEN MICS TOUR 2008

(ABQ. NM) The Trail of Broken Mics Tour is the 2nd installment of the CIB Tour. What make this event unique is that the stage will showcase Native hip hop talent from the US and Canada. The Tour kicks off at Tempe, Arizona on April 18th and completes the US finale show in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the Agency on April 27th, 2008. After a brief intermission the tour will resume in Canada and visit various cities. The Tour will conclude in Vancouver, BC on May 23. Prior to the original CIB Tour, nothing like this has ever been attempted. The Tour set precedent for future shows.

And this is the kind of show you don't want to miss out on" says Tour Manager and Producer, Larry Price."The Trail of Broken Mics tour features a number of incredible musicians who are trailblazers in their genres and are representing their communities with pride. The tour will begin on April 18 in Tempe, Arizona with stops in New Mexico before making it's way to Canada on May 15 in Edmonton."

Price goes on to say, "This tour is going to be nothing short of WOW and showcase some of the best up and comings who are producing awesome work and changing the world while they are at it. Start listening to any one of the lyrics in any of their songs and you'll see."The artists on the tour were selected by the tour committee and will be performing and selling new music. One of the criteria for being selected was the performer had to offer new music albums. It will be a long time to see artists of the caliber in the native hip hop world all the same stage in one night. For the music lover, the show will deliver an evening of non-stop entertainment from beginning to end. You don’t want to miss this historic event in native entertainment.
